American Animal Hospital Association Certification

Wellington Veterinary Clinic has acquired certification becoming among the 15 percent of animal care facilities in the nation certified by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). AAHA is the world's leading association of small animal practitioners. To achieve AAHA distinction, our hospital must pass comprehensive inspections of our veterinary practice, management, facilities and medical equipment. To keep up with the growing wealth of knowledge in veterinary care, our veterinarians and support staff participate in continuing education and training on a regular basis. We will continue to meet AAHA's rigid standards to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care.

2012 AAHA Practice of the Year

Wellington Veterinary Clinic named as the Practice of the Year by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) on 15 March 2012. The goal of the AAHA-Accredited Practice of the Year award is to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of accredited practice teams. Each entry was evaluated on their most recent accreditation score, mission and vision, practice design, practice team composition, continuing education and training, community service, and compliance improvement efforts.
